Aerial Hoop

Learn fun & challenging moves in, on and under the Aerial Hoop. Then learn how to link the moves together in a piece of choreography, to further improve your stamina and work your whole body, particularly your core.

Aerial Silks
Try this fun filled circus skill; make new friends, boost your confidence, lose weight, tone up & improve your core strength/flexibility.

Aerial Silks is a skill that involves aerial acrobatics while hanging from fabric. You will climb the suspended fabric and fly through the air in a variety of poses, using the silks to manoeuvre into different positions. Great fun and beautiful to watch!

Courses or Single Sessions available.
Learn to climb, wrap, twirl, tumble and fly in our Aerial Silks sessions. Learn fun & challenging moves then learn how to link the moves together into combinations, to further improve your stamina and work your whole body, particularly your core.
Our Instructor Sharon will guide you through the basics, so no experience is necessary. For those with previous Silks or Aerial knowledge, Sharon can provide fun and challenging progressions.

Circus Skills
We now offer Circus Camps in the school holidays, and weekly Circus Circuits classes. These sessions are a great introduction to the circus apparatus of Aerial Arts and also fantastic for confidence boosting, team work and performance skills.

Enjoy some child free time, while we keep your younglings entertained, energised and on the move! Fun games and activities, learn some exciting moves in our Aerial Playground, even a chance to put together a performance for your family & friends!

Cardio Dance
Pretty much the most awesome workout ever! Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it.

Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Cardio, Strength & Flexibility 
Full body flexibility, stretching and core strengthening classes - £8 per session

A strong core reduces back pain, improves athletic performance and improves postural imbalances.
Starting with some cardio and a core blast! Varied core exercises, increasing strength and stamina. Moving on to full body strengthening and conditioning exercises. We will then work on a variety of active/static/dynamic/PNF/partner assisted stretches for legs, back & shoulders. Deep stretches suitable from Beginners who cannot do the splits, to working on oversplits for those who can.
Assessments of each participant and individual advice and checks on body position. A strong core and flexible body can help with a variety of ailments, including bad backs, can increase mobility, prevent injury and help with tight trouble areas such as shoulders and hamstrings. Increase your flexibility on and off the pole, improve your posture & work towards/improve your splits with these conditioning and stretching sessions.
Studio Hire Available
Our Studio Space is available to hire!

Large newly renovated Studio space, great location, competitive hire rates and great advertisement opportunities. Complete with sound system & various lighting options including disco lights.

Available to groups or events on a one-off hire basis.

We are also still looking for Self Employed Instructors to join our team, to teach classes that will promote fun & fitness and that will compliment our Studio ethos. We work hard to offer a supportive, inclusive and comfortable environment.
