Pole Dancing

All ages, shapes, sizes, abilities and fitness levels welcome! Choose from our Beginners sessions, or All Abilities lessons. Our weekly group classes are fitness based, however we also offer a Sass Class where we work on the more exotic style of Pole and Flow, where heels are always welcome.

Aerial Hoop



We think life is better upside down!

Ever fancied running away with the Circus? Well now you can!

Beginner and Improver classes, with Class Pass or Single Sessions available


Learn fun & challenging moves in, on and under the Aerial Hoop. You'll also learn how to link the moves together with dynamic transitions, to further improve your stamina in this fun full body workout.

A full body workout, guaranteed to put a smile on your face & a spring in your step.

This fantastic class will get you having fun, getting fit and flying! 

All abilities welcome, we start from the absolute basics to ensure everybody can get involved.

Aerial Silks



Aerial Silks is a skill that involves aerial acrobatics while hanging from fabric. You will climb the suspended fabric and fly through the air in a variety of poses, using the silks to manoeuvre into different positions. Great fun and beautiful to watch!

Beginners Level 6 Week Courses or Single Sessions available.
Improver 4 Week Course or Single Sessions available.


Learn to climb, wrap, twirl, tumble and fly in our Aerial Silks sessions. Learn fun & challenging moves then learn how to link the moves together into combinations, to further improve your stamina and work your whole body, particularly your core.


Our Instructor's will guide you through the basics in our Beginner's classes, so no experience is necessary. For those with previous Silks or Aerial knowledge, our Improver's class can provide fun and challenging progressions.

Children's Aerial Circus


We now offer Circus Camps in the school holidays as well as weekly Aerial Circus classes. These sessions are a great introduction to the circus apparatus of Aerial Arts and also fantastic for confidence boosting, team work and performance skills. Try out Aerial Hoop & Aerial Silks, learning exciting moves inspired by the circus.

We'll keep your kids entertained, energised and on the move! Fun games and activities for ages 5-11yrs, learning some exciting moves in our Aerial Playground, even a chance to put together a performance for your family & friends!
Our Teen classes (12-17yrs) are age appropriate and reflect the maturity and age of the attendees.  

Fully qualified & experienced, insured, first aid trained Instructor with DBS and Safeguarding.

Class sizes are small to ensure your children get the most out of their sessions, so places are limited. Come and join our Circus Crew and learn some fab fun tricks. Keep your kids active, healthy and focused with Team PPD.

Kids Classes Ages 5-11 years and Youth Classes Ages 12-17 years

Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out.

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Our music includes Latin and World Rhythms, classic chart favourites and up to date releases.
 We hand pick our music and choreographies, bringing sunshine to your workout. You'll soon see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. It's a fun and effective!

Ashtanga Yoga

Yoga Flexy Flow & Core is a class combing yoga, flexibility, core strengthening and postural realignment. Suitable for all shapes, sizes, genders, abilities & fitness levels. Pre & Post Natal friendly! Please contact us prior to class if you are a pregnant or post natal student for a copy of our extended PARQ form. 


Breath work, yoga and flexibility flow, core engagement & strengthening, pelvic floor exercises and more! 

We’ll be focusing on connecting with your body, improving your strength and flexibility through Yoga and breath work, promoting relaxation, working on improving posture to reduce pain and prevent injury and strengthening the muscles of the body, including pelvic floor and core. We’ll also be identifying overworked muscle groups and helping you relax and release tension in these areas.

A strong core and flexible body can help with a variety of ailments, including bad backs, can increase mobility, prevent injury and help with tight trouble areas such as shoulders and hamstrings. Increase your flexibility on and off the Pole & Aerial apparatus, improve your posture & work towards/improve your splits and back bends.

Yoga isn't just great for the physical body, but for improving your emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

After a class you'll feel happier, more open and in the present moment, more able to deal with what life throws in your path. Through Yoga Practice you help to keep your body strong, supple and healthy. But Yoga not only increases your mobility, strengthens your body and increases flexibility and stability, it helps you to focus, quiet your mind and helps you feel a sense of calm.

We also offer a range of Yoga style classes which can be booked as private sessions for individuals or for groups on site or at a venue of your choice including Vinyasa Yoga Flow, Adaptive Yoga, Chair Based Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pre and Post Natal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
